An enormous radio telescope is being built by the Chinese government which is forcing 9,000 of it's villagers to relocate.
One of the purposes is to search for radio signals and other signs of extraterrestrial life. Do you think this is the way to really search for ET life?
I'm sure by now they are well beyond radio signals and are most likely operating on a much higher frequency of existence besides archaic means such as radio.
